Treat Yourself Like Every Day is Mother's Day

Mother’s Day is just around the corner. But you don’t have to wait for a special occasion to treat yourself like a queen. There are little things you can do to improve your life each day. You deserve to rest, relax, and feel appreciated year-round. Here are some of our favourite ways to treat yourself like it’s Mother’s Day every day!

Mud Face Masks

The kids are in bed, you have an hour to yourself at the end of the night to binge watch your favourite Netflix series… Why not add a refreshing mud mask to your nightly routine? You can buy them from the drug store or research some homemade mask recipes online. If your kids are teenagers, you can always invite them to join you and turn it into a weekly bonding night.

Try New Food

Is there a local restaurant that you’re dying to try? Book a reservation, hire a sitter well in advance, and turn it into a date night this month. You can go to an old favourite or research hip new eateries in your area for a change of scenery. Ask the waiter or waitress for their recommendations and try something new!

Yoga or Meditation Classes

Sometimes we need a little help unwinding from a long week. Sign up for weekly yoga or meditation classes near you to give yourself a scheduled break from the day-to-day grind. Not only is it great for your body, mind, and soul but it will ensure that you have a bit of “me time” put aside in advance each week.

Splurge on Shoes

Vionic carries a variety of comfortable, high-quality footwear. Treat yourself to a pair of sandals, sneakers, summer wedges, or heels for Mother’s Day. All our footwear balances proper support with chic design to make sure that you look and feel great every day.

Support Other Moms

We love moms supporting moms! Here are some of our favourite social influencers who are also great moms. Check out their Instagram pages and support moms doing what they love and being awesome.
