30 Day Challenge

As with any authorized retailer of Vionic shoes, you may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the original purchase was made on VIONICSHOES.CA. When you purchase from our website returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Restocking fees may apply.

We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

How to make a return

  1. Visit our easy-to-use Returns & Exchange Portal and follow the steps providing the Order # and Email Address associated with your order.

    Include the merchandise in the original shipping carton, and with a copy of your Packing List (sent with your order). Merchandise must be returned to Vionic Canada within 15 days of receipt of return or exchange authorization and waybill.

    *Please note: Returns are subject to a $5 per pair restocking fee.

  2. Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging, including all materials in the original package.Print the label and return slip provided. Affix provided label to the outside of your box and make a note of the tracking number (if applicable) in case you need to track your package.

  3. Drop off your package at your preferred Canada Post location within 15 days of return or exchange authorization receipt. Please allow up to 15 days from your Shipment Complete notification for the credit to show on your statement.

  4. Final sale items may not be returned: Items denoted as ‘Final Sale’, or with the price ending in .97, are Final Sale and may not be returned and are not eligible for price matching.
    Vionic Shoes is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box. Please note that most orthotics packaging is resealable and should not be damaged or cut if being returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once your return is received, inspected and approved your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied for the amount of the merchandise back to your original method of payment, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed.

GIFT RETURNS

Did you receive your order as a gift from vionicshoes.ca?

You can either: exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size / colour, or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at VIONICSHOES.CA.
Each item on an order is limited to one exchange.
The purchase of e-gift cards cannot be returned.

How long does the exchange take?

Instant exchanges can be completed with a $1 hold on a credit card (follow instructions on the portal) or can be replaced once the original item is returned and scanned by Canada Post. Our warehouse does not accept "Walk-in" returns. Your return will be refused if you visit our warehouse to drop off a return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

DID YOU PURCHASE FROM ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED RETAILERS?

If you purchased from a Vionic authorized retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

Important info on unauthorized retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorized to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorized dealers.

Vionic does NOT authorize any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.
