Orders placed on VionicShoes.ca between November 15 and December 25, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday window through January 31, 2026.
- Regular-priced purchases can be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2026.
- Sale items are eligible for return through January 31, 2026 and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Items marked Final Sale remain ineligible for return.
Returning a gift? Visit the Returns + Exchanges Portal and choose Start Gift Return. Use the original purchaser’s email address or order number to exchange for another colour/size of the same style or receive store credit via Vionic Gift Card.
E-gift Cards cannot be returned.
*A $5 restocking fee applies to each pair of returned items.

As with any authorized retailer of Vionic shoes, you may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the original purchase was made on VIONICSHOES.CA. When you purchase from our website returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Restocking fees may apply.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
How to make a return
- Visit our easy-to-use Returns &
Exchange Portal and follow the steps providing the Order # and Email Address associated with
your order.
Vionic Shoes is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box. Please note that most orthotics packaging is resealable and should not be damaged or cut if being returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Include the merchandise in the original shipping carton, and with a copy of your Packing List (sent with your order). Merchandise must be returned to Vionic Canada within 15 days of receipt of return or exchange authorization and waybill.
*Please note: Returns are subject to a $5 per pair restocking fee. - Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging, including all materials in the original
package.Print the label and return slip provided. Affix provided label to the outside of your box and make a
note of the tracking number (if applicable) in case you need to track your package.
- Drop off your package at your preferred Canada Post location within 15 days of return or exchange
authorization receipt. Please allow up to 15 days from your Shipment Complete notification for the
credit to show on your statement.

Final sale items may not be returned: Items denoted as ‘Final Sale’, or with the price
ending in .97, are Final Sale and may not be returned and are not eligible for price matching.
Final Sale items are offered at a significant discount, but please note they are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items may have minor imperfections, such as slight colour variations or sizing discrepancies. Additionally, limited availability, seasonal clearance, or discontinued styles often mean that these shoes are part of the final sale. While these factors do not affect the overall quality, we encourage careful consideration before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
