A daily refresher is a great summer treat to cool you down while simultaneously revving up your immune system. Freshly squeezed juice (not store-bought) is packed full of nutrients, antioxidants, and enzymes. All these healthy power players are vital ingredients to staying vibrant this summer.
The Summer Refresher recipe has a delightful cooling sensation for these hot summer days. Try the recipe daily for 2-weeks. Your body will begin to crave it. Your bowel movements will begin to improve. After 1-month, you should see an improvement in your skin. You may even find your mind clearer and your memory sharper.

Summer Refresher Green Juice Recipe
- 1 lemon
- ½-1 bag of spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 pear
- 1 green apple
Follow your juicer’s recommendations for juicing each item. When you’re finished, you can drink it over ice or shake it with ice to chill it. Drink up!
