"Too large and wide, even after tightening the velcro fasteners. The details did not indicate they were a wide slipper. The right slipper was significantly looser than the left one. I find that the quality of the shoes are not like what they were a few years ago. It's annoying to lose out on a full refund when the buyer is expected to cover the return shipping and/or restocking fees. This prevents me from wanting to exchange them out as the next slippers might not fit well either and then to be forfeited the shipping fees again. Just my thought."
