Shipping policy

Vionic offers a range of shipping options within Canada to ensure your order arrives when you want it.

ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. We typically ship all orders after 10:00 a.m. the following business day but could take up to 2 days during busy periods. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., your order will likely ship out on the following business day (Wednesday).

Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major Canadian holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

*Shipping time does not include order processing time of one-two business days. Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing times. All orders ship from British Columbia. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel. Vionic Canada is responsible for all shipped goods up until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of goods. Once the courier has accepted the package & scanned the goods, responsibility is in the hands of the shipper. Please contact customer service via email or phone to request expedited shipping once you've placed your order. 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We are sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO Military addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
