To clean your Vionic orthotics, use mild soap and water with nylon brush. Scrub then gently rinse with water. Do not saturate. Air-dry overnight.
It is a good idea to remove your orthotic from your shoes periodically so that air can dry each side plus reach the insoles of your shoes.

"I have a couple of pairs of the Relief Full Insoles which are great, but while the Active Full Insole obviously offers more support, they do not fit shoes very well. They are very stiff and seem to large for the shoe (although I ordered the same size I get in the Relief Insoles) and don’t sit properly in any shoe you try them in. So I won’t be purchasing them again."
