It’s an invaluable time that provides a great opportunity to squeeze in some added physical movement and give our social lives a fun boost. Make the most of all this bonus brightness with these 6 ideas for how to use it well.
Get your movement in after hours
While winter makes before- and after-work activities a bit of a stretch, it’s doable in the spring. Whether you love yoga, pilates, walking, running, hiking or swimming, the key is working it into your routine and being prepared with the gear you need. Pack your workout bag the day before, and have it ready to go with sneakers or flip-flops (hello, pool deck!) to feel supported in your workout.
Work out outdoors when you can
