Too narrow

"This was my first purchase of Vionics and I was so excited to receive them in the mail, but to my disapointment, the strap was too big making the sandal loose on my foot and then my big toe was spilling over the side of the sandal, which was too narrow. I had to return. My fear now is that all of their shoes won't fit me properly, so I had to return them losing the initial shipping fee and the restocking fee. They offered me more of a refund through a gift card, but what is the point if the shoes won't fit me properly and I'll lose even more money through the shipping fees. I lost at least $15 just to try on these shoes. That part left a bad taste."

"I purchased these in the blue, and love the colour. I have purchased many Vionic sandals over the years and was excited to try one that had no closure. I ordered the size that I have always ordered and found it to be a little smaller than my last order. It also took some effort to get on and off, however I feel that it will loosen with wear and be easier to get on and off."
