We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we accept returns and exchanges for purchases made only on vionicshoes.ca.

You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the original purchase was made on vionicshoes.ca. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to show on your statement.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

HOW TO MAKE A

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP ONE: Prepare your return using your preferred Shipping Server Provider.

Please send our customer service team an email at info@vionicshoes.ca for a return authorization number. In your email please include your order number and reason for returning. Complete the Return Form and include it with a copy of your Packing List (both sent with your order). Merchandise must be returned to Vionic Canada within 15 days of receipt of return authorization number.

STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging, including all materials in original package.

STEP THREE: Affix the label to the outside of your box and make note of the tracking number (if applicable) in case you need to track your package.

You will be asked to mail the product back at your own cost via a trackable method such as Canada Post or FedEx:

STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at your preferred Canada Post or Fedex location. Please allow up to 15 days from your Shipment Complete notification for the credit to show on your statement.

Once your return is received; inspected and approved your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied for the amount of the merchandise back to your original method of payment, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed.

Vionic Canada is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Our warehouse does not accept "Walk in" returns. Your return will be refused if you visit our warehouse to drop off a return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order to expedite your purchase. We will process your return as above.

Please note:

At this time we do not process exchanges. If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please follow the return instructions and then place a new order on-line.

If you purchased from a Vionic authorized retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

A note about unauthorized retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorized to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorized dealers.

Vionic does NOT authorize any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.

If you are not sure whether a retailer is an authorized Vionic retailer, please check our Vionic Store Locator.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase from a retailer who is not listed as authorized, the product might be counterfeit. These counterfeit products might not provide the high quality standards found in Vionic products. We cannot guarantee the quality, fit or feel of counterfeit products.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO

Once we have received your shoes back in our warehouse, it may take up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

You can ship your shoes back to our warehouse at the address below using any carrier, such as UPS, FedEx or Canada Post.
